Contact form submissions are delivered to our agency inbox and, where configured, to our CRM or workflow automation provider. Cart enquiries are sent through WhatsApp, which is governed by Meta's own privacy terms.
We use a small number of processors (email delivery, hosting, analytics). Each is bound to process data only on our instructions.
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can maintain continuity with returning clients. Project data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by law or contract, then deleted on request.
